Our Story

On November 4, 2001 four families began meeting as a Core Team with a total of 14 in attendance.  Pastor Lee Brockinton was the founding Pastor. Within three weeks four other families joined the Core Team to establish the church.

On March 10, 2002 Life Church was officially launched at King Elementary with 109 people in attendance. The church continued to grow and LifeCells were birthed throughout the Katy and West Houston area.

In June 2004 Life Church acquired 10.2 acres of land, and in August 2005 the foundation of the new building was laid. In March 2006 the new Sanctuary opened.

On April 11, 2010 Pastor Lee announced that he and his family would become missionaries to Belize with the plan to leave in February 2011. On April 18, 2010 Pastor Lee announced the new Senior Pastor and on May 23, 2010, Sam and Susanna Rudd were installed.
